the TV is almost always on, not for an actual show but for background noise.
in the car i turn up my radio.
phones ringing, beeping. constant noise.
my world is filled with noise.
never silence.
there are few moments in my day with silence. why is that?
i don't like it.
i have become aware of this, and done little to find more quiet time.
i'm selfish.
